Mr Chen Feihu acts as Board Member and President of China Guodian Corporation, meanwhile, serving as Chairman of Guodian Power Development Co. Ltd., an affiliate of China Guodian Corporation. Mr Chen personally experienced the decades of development and reform of China power industry. He has rich experiences in power generation, financing, strategic planning and corporate governance. Prior to the current position, Mr Chen has served as Vice President of China Huadian Corporation, and senior executives of a few listed companies. Mr Chen graduated from Renmin University with bachelor degree of Industry Economy. He is certified as Senior Accountant.
