The management system and patent management policy for intellectual property in the U.S. and appropriate references

Abstract:

The United States is one of the earliest countries that implemented intellectual property system in the world and it has so far established a set of complete legal system for intellectual property. The US government agencies are deeply involved in intellectual property and the management is more meticulous and strict than that of China. With regard to patent management with government appropriations, there is macro-policy guiding and there are special institutions for the operation and management of concrete items. The article makes an analysis of the legal and management system of the US intellectual property, the policy framework as well as the experiences in strategy implementation. Its aim is to provide some useful enlightenment and references for the reform of intellectual property management system in China.
