Provisions on the Administration of Qualifications of Taxi Drivers
The applicant qualifications for regular taxi and online car-hailing service are identical.
Regular Taxi Service
Examination Subjects: Uniform examination at national level and examination at local level
Examination at local level: The examination content includes local taxi policies and regulations, knowledge of human geography and traffic routes in the area where taxi services are operating.
Registration: Fill in a registration form, go to the administrative departments in charge of taxi affairs to apply for registration with qualification certificates and labor contract or operating agreement signed with taxi operators
Online car-hailing Service
Examination Subjects: Uniform examination at national level and examination at local level
Examination at local level: The examination content includes local taxi policies and standards
Registration: Report to local administrative departments in charge of taxi affairs through car-hailing service operators
Measures for the investigation and handling of illegal activities about food safety traded online
The third-party platform’s obligation should be strengthened:
1.It should establish systems of registration and examination.
2.It should establish online food producer and operator files.
3.It should examine operation conditions.
4.It should stop providing service in case of serious illegal acts by vendors
Online food producers and operators are forbidden to do the following:
1.Post information online including the names of food, list of ingredients, production places, expiration dates, storage conditions, or manufacturer’s names and addresses which are inconsistent with food labels.
2.Indicate or suggest online that non-healthcare food has health function, or post a registered certificate online which is inconsistent with real registration information.
3.Post infant formula milk powder information online indicating or suggesting functions of intelligence, resistance, and/or immunity enhancement.
4.Fail to indicate online precise special requirements in storage, transportation, or consumption.
5.Engage in other conducts forbidden by laws and regulations.
Provisions for Formula Registration of Infant Formula Milk Powder
Registration applicant for infant formula milk powder must be an infant formula milk powder manufacturer.
Chinese and foreign milk powders should be regulated uniformly.Domestic produced or imported infant formula milk powder sold domestically should have a registration certificate issued by China Food and Drug Administration.
Ambiguous publicity is banned.The following vague indications are banned：Imported milk source,Imported raw material,Foreign pasture Ecological pasture,Enhancement of immunity and intelligence
Measures for the Handling of Violations of Rules and Regulations in Civil Servant Examination Employment
Concerning candidates, those in serious violation of rules and regulations will be disqualified from the examination and won’t be employed at that time. Their conducts will be registered in the Credit Archives.The people involved in colluded cheating or organizational cheating won’t be allowed to be civil servants anymore.
Staff in charge of employment involved in organizing or planning cheating should be expelled and if their conduct constitutes a crime, the criminal responsibility would be affixed in accordance with law.
