Digital China and Acme Packet join hands

Digital China, the largest Chinese integrated IT services provider, has signed with Acme Packet, a leader in session delivery networks, to co-establish a distribution network and service system for unified communications session border controllers in China.

Since network and safety equipment were initially organized for non-real-time communication, enterprises should deploy session border controllers to enable the interactive communications of voice, video, data and multimedia.

Products and solutions of the Acme Packet made it possible to realize the reliable interactive communications and data services across the IP network borders. Net-net session border controllers, multi-service security framework and session routing can be used in various applications of telecom operators, enterprises, and contact centers. They secure wired networks, broadcast television networks, mobile networks and cloud communications.

By including Acme Packet products and solutions in its portfolio, Digital China is able to control borders of IP trunking, private networks, Internet and hosted services. The company is now also able to provide Internet and cloud communications security for enterprises in China.
