It's all smiles as the third Hongqi Carnival is staged on July 10 at the 18th China Changchun International Auto Expo – an industry extravaganza which is ongoing and runs to July 18 – in Changchun, capital of Northeast China's Jilin province. Launched in 1999, the expo has been held 17 times and has developed into one of China's five premier auto shows.
