Parents sell groceries on streets; son does it online

The Internet-savvy son of a grocery seller shocked his parents when he decided to step into the family business, albeit online.

Zhou Shiyi, 44, a farmer from Dabang village in Chongqing municipality, who has been selling vegetables along with his wife for the past decade or so, said he was worried when his graduate son told him he had decided to sell vegetables on the Internet.

"But then, his business started picking up. Now, he makes more money than we do," Zhou said.
