Responsibilities: In charge of agriculture, water recourses, oceanic economy, fishermen and fishery, supply and market, poverty alleviation, culture, radio, press and publication, sports, and tourism.分管工作: 分管农业、水利、海洋经济、渔业渔民、供销社、扶贫、文化广电新闻出版、体育、旅游工作。

Responsibilities: In charge of city comprehensive law enforcement, business management, quality inspection, work safety, people’s armed forces, public security, fire fighting, justice, arbitrage, combat smuggling, aviation exhibition, border defense, nationality and religion, served concurrently as director of municipal work safety committee.分管工作: 分管城市综合执法、工商管理、质量监督、安全生产监管、人民武装、公安、消防、司法、仲裁、打私、航展、边防、民族宗教工作，兼任市安全生产委员会主任。
