Jinzhou in Liaoning Province, west of Jinzhou, is located in Bohai Bay, with a total area of 10,301 square kilometers, with a total population of 3.094 million, the urban population of 917,000, jurisdiction over 9 counties (cities) and districts. 2100 years has given the city a long cultural history and numerous heroes. It is a prime prestigious and dynamic business center, which has a huge potential of development into a modern port city. In 2009, the city completed 79 billion yuan GDP; investment in fixed assets of 35 billion yuan; local financial income of 4.8 billion. The actual utilization of foreign investment was 370 million U.S. dollars; introduction of extra funds 21.4 billion; exports reached 810 million U.S. dollars. Disposable income of urban residents was 15,350 yuan; rural per capita net income of 6,820 yuan.

锦州位于辽宁省西部，地处渤海锦州湾，总面积10301平方公里，总人口309.4万，市区人口91.7万，下辖9个县(市)区。是一座具有2100多年历史和悠久文化的英雄城市，也是一座素享盛名的商贸重镇，更是一座生机勃勃、蕴含巨大发展潜力的现代港口城市。　2009年，全市地区生产总值完成790亿元；全社会固定资产投资350亿元；地方财政一般预算收入48亿元。实际利用外资3.7亿美元；引进域外资金214亿元；外贸出口8.1亿美元。城镇居民人均可支配收入15350元；农民人均纯收入6820元。
