分管工作：分管农村经济和农业、林业、水利、农机、畜牧、蔬菜、水产、扶贫、气象、减灾、农业综合开发、抗旱防汛、水文、档案、保密、物价、工商、质监、食品药品监管方面的工作。

Responsibilities: Responsible for industrial economy, information industry, private economy, enterprises listing, foreign trade, foreign investment attraction, Taiwan affaires, county-urban economic development zone management, finance, electricity, work safety, foreign coordination and leading the implementation of "Industry-Strengthening-Urban Development" Strategy and the promotion for integration into the south and the north.

分管工作：分管工业经济、信息产业、民营经济、企业上市、外经贸、招商引资、台湾事务、县市区经济开发区管理、金融、电力、安全生产、对外协作方面的工作。牵头负责实施工业强市战略和南融北接战略的协调推进工作。

Responsibilities: Responsible for foreign affaires, overseas Chinese affaires, the aging, local history, earthquake, service for foreign investors, combating smuggling, ports management, inspection and quarantine in import and export, customs and institution stationed abroad; assist Li Xixin in charge of foreign trade and foreign investment attraction.

分管工作：分管外事、侨务、老龄、史志、地震预防、外商服务、打私及口岸管理、进出口检验检疫、海关、驻外办事机构方面的工作。协助李希信同志分管外经贸和招商引资工作。

Responsibilities: Responsible for the regular work and of the municipal government, development and reform, supervision, personnel, statistics, labor and social security, civil affairs, civil-military relations, state-owned assets management, District-County economy, key projects, emergency management, political service center, municipal-level organs administration, Dezhou economic development zone, Yunhe economic development zone and leading the preparation for China Solar-Energy City Strategy and International Solar-Energy City Conference; assist Wu Cuiyun in charge of taxation and audit.

分管工作：负责市政府常务工作，分管市政府机关、发展改革、监察、人事、统计、劳动和社会保障、民政、军民关系、国有资产管理、县域经济、重点项目、应急管理、政务服务中心、市级机关事务管理、德州经济开发区、运河经济开发区等方面的工作。牵头负责中国太阳城战略实施和世界太阳城大会的筹备工作。协助吴翠云同志分管税务、审计工作。
