Responsibilities: Assist the Mayor in taking charge of the work in such aspects as construction, state land resources, design, real estate, landscaping, transportation, urban management, tourism, earthquake, civil air defense and creating Changchun as a National Sanitary City and so on, and meanwhile help the Mayor with special projects, including the construction of Longjia International Airport, rail transportation, treatment and landscaping of Yitong River, and Chang-Shuang railway and so on.

分管工作: 协助市长分管负责：建设、国土、规划、房地、园林绿化、交通、城管、旅游、地震、人防、创建国家卫生城等方面工作，协助市长分管负责龙嘉国际机场建设工程、长春市轨道交通建设工程、伊通河改造及风光带建设工程、长双烟铁路建设工程等专项工作。

分管工作: 协助市长分管负责：民族宗教、公安、司法、安全、工商、信访等方面工作。

分管工作: 协助市长分管商务、贸促会展等方面工作。

Responsibilities: Assist the Mayor in taking charge of the work in such aspects as industrial economy, security check, state-owned assets, development zones and auto industry and so on.

Responsibilities: Assist the Mayor in taking charge of the work in such aspects as agriculture, water conservancy, forestry, animal husbandry, food supplies and supply and marketing and so on.

分管工作: 协助市长联系县市日常工作，分管农业、水利、林业、畜牧业、粮食、供销等方面工作。
