NEW YORK - Keith Urban, who recently completed his treatment for alcohol abuse, will be the musical guest when Forest Whitaker hosts NBC's "Saturday Night Live" on Feb. 10.

The 39-year-old country singer, who has publicly acknowledged a former addiction to cocaine, entered the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., on Oct. 19, forcing him to delay the tour and promotional appearances for his latest album, "Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing."

He said he decided to stay three months because he realized that learning to abstain was only part of the recovery process.

Whitaker, 45, is nominated for a best-actor Oscar for his role as Ugandan dictator Idi Amin in "The Last King of Scotland." He has starred in such films as "The Crying Game" and "Good Morning, Vietnam," and on TV's "The Shield."

He also directed the movies "Waiting to Exhale" and "Hope Floats."
