Hong Kong International Airport, or HKIA, has been named the Best Airport Worldwide by both business and leisure travelers in AETRA surveys conducted last year.

It is recognized as one of the leading airport benchmarking programs.

Among the features of HKIA that passengers liked the most were the courtesy and helpfulness of airport staff, its comfortable and pleasant ambience, and its high efficiency and ease of access to and from the airport.

The other airports ranked in the top five are Seoul Incheon, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
