'Yunnan Reflections' staged in Changshan

Semi-nude dancers perform the drum dance of China's Miao minority as the grand dance play "Yunnan Reflects" tours Changsha, central China's Hunan Province, August 22, 2004. The play directed by China's renowned dancing artist Yang Liping, highly features the original dance of minority people of China. Yang, her self, also stages her trademark peacock dance during the show. Changshan is the 5th stop the circuit tours after Beijing, Guangzhou, Chendu, and Nanchang. The dance performance are acclaimed by the audience at home and abroad. [newsphoto]
