China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) signed Tuesday a historical

affairs in the new century.
The document, Joint Declaration on the Promotion of Tripartite Cooperation
among the People's Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, was
signed by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Japanese Prime Minister Koizumi Junichiro
