More than 100 Chinese photographers capture images from the cradle of Chinese civilization in a new photo book.

One Hundred Photographers Focus on Shaanxi, the latest addition to China Daily's Focus photo album series, reflects the northwestern province's long history and celebrated culture, the optimism and perseverance of its people, the beauty of its landscape, and the fast development of its economy and trade.

The album, which contains 186 photos by more than 100 photographers from across the country, and an exhibition of photos from the album, will be presented in Beijing on Friday by China Daily. The ceremony is co-sponsored by Yonghong Group, Shaanxi GLAX and Beijing Chang'an Baiyun Hotel.
