Cats' meow in Beijing

A cat show organized by China Cat Fanciers and the US-based Cat Fanciers' Association opened in Beijing on January 7.

The two-day show rounds up 94 valuable cats, including the Persian, American Shorthair, Scottish Fold, and Ragdoll breeds.

Lectures on kitten care are also arranged in the hopes of promoting animal protection.
