Dain Ti Hill's flagship Shanghai restaurant is located on the second floor of the Central Plaza. Furnished in a soothing off-white theme set off by bursts of bright colors, the decor echoes both extravagance and luxury.

While restrained Tang-dynasty calligraphy on the walls contrasts and complements nicely with the overall modern design to create a unique ambience. In the kitchen, the restaurants accomplished chefs offer exquisitely prepared cuisine from Taiwan and Japan. House favourites include Tang Feng Juan (Chinese sushi) and Buttered Fillet Steak Teppanyaki, all brimming with exceptional creativity.

A first-class service completes this establishment, and allows any meal here to nothing but a memorable experience.
