1. On March 5, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered the government work report. What do you think of this report? Are there any highlights that left a deep impression on you?

Andrey Denisov: The premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China annual report of the government is significant not only to the Chinese, but for the whole world. The data about Chinese economical development in 2014 is very important. Assess the outcome of the development of the Chinese economy in the past year and plan for the current year give a certain impetus to the development of the world economy. It's so important that China's partners can make up a future plan according to these original data.

We can see that the earlier prediction of China's 2015 GDP is coming true: the growth plan sets to "around 7 percent". Most experts think that this data is feasible as the government reserved space for extra growth and ensured the necessary level of employment, which is the same with the "new normal" concept used by the Chinese leadership.

A slowdown in the Chinese economy had to come sooner or later after rapid development in the past decades. It's more important to realize in what form the contradictory systems embodied under this background, and to realize how it would affect the welfare of residents, social stability and security. The Chinese government openly recognizes existing threats and risks, and takes active measures on re-structuring the economy in new conditions, and at the same time keeps calm and continuity.

For the foreign partners, including Russia, the international relations section highlighted in the report is extremely important. We surely noticed that China hopes to take more active measures about importing, encouraging Chinese enterprises to take part in facility construction abroad and international investment cooperation, and enlarging the chance for foreign money to go back into Chinese markets. I believe all these will help with Sino-Russian relations.

I would also point out that Premier Li mentioned the importance of holding celebration activities of "People of the world who defeated fascism and militarism in World War II 70th anniversary", and he called for a fair face up to history.
