No phone games
The CPPCC opening session made it clear to all the attendees that playing games on cell phones, texting, using WeChat or Weibo will not be allowed during the meetings on Tuesday.
The attendees have been reportedly seen playing smartphone games and even sleeping during the two sessions, which has been criticized by the public.
