Expo reporters get certificate for covering event

Shanghai's Media Accreditation Center for the Expo has started handing out certificates to reporters who have registered to cover the upcoming 2010 World Expo on Monday morning, and hundreds of domestic and foreign reporters got one by 11:00 am, the people.com.cn reported Monday.

A total of 14,000 reporters would be given a certificate for covering the World Expo, and more than 3,000 of them are from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas.

Reporters have to show their identification card which they used for Expo report registration to receive the certificates from the Media Accreditation Center.
