Model of China's tallest building-to-be on display

The left photo in the combo shows a model of China's tallest building-to-be, named "Shanghai Center" beside Jinmao Tower and the Shanghai World Financial Center in the center of Lujiazui Finance and Trade District in Shanghai's Pudong area. The model is displayed at the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall October 9, 2008 and on the right is the planned site of the building in a picture taken on August 17 2008. It is planned that the dragon-shaped structure will be 632 meters high, dwarfing the 492-meter Shanghai World Financial Center and 421-meter Jinmao Tower. Construction is to start by the end of this year and will be finished in 2014. [CFP]
