BEIJING -- Another company based in Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province, was confirmed as an exporter among firms found with tainted products, Li Changjiang, head of the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) said on Wednesday.

The administration said on Tuesday night that Guangdong Yashili was the only brand being exported. Li said at a press conference that further checks showed Qingdao Suokang was also exporting.

The two producers have been exporting baby formula milk powder to five countries -- Bangladesh, Myanmar, Yemen, Burundi and Gabon, Li said.

The two companies have started to recall its products, he added.
