BEIJING - China's worst harsh winter havoc in five decades will continue over the next three days, the China Meteorological Administration told a news conference Wednesday.

The heavy snow and sleet paralyzed transport and coal shipment, and led to home-bound passengers cramming railways stations and airports and brownouts in nearly half of 31 provinces and regions.
