A rooster in Miaoli County, Taiwan Province, has avoided being served up on the dinner table because of his unique ability to do the goose-step.

The rooster, nicknamed "General" by its owner, kicks up his legs and walks with a vigorous stride. His owner said he trained the bird to goose-step for fun three months ago.

Apparently, "General" looks just like a soldier when he walks and was spared from the pot because his funny walk is amusing.
