Leaders of 5 developing countries meet on cooperation

Chinese President Hu Jintao and leaders of India, Brazil, South Africa and Mexico gathered in Berlin Thursday for discussion about promoting cooperation among developing countries.

According to a senior Chinese foreign ministry official, President Hu will present China's stand on the cooperation expansion among developing countries during the meeting.

Invited by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the leaders of the five developing countries will attend the outreach session of Group of Eight (G8) summit in Heiligendamm, northern Germany, on Friday.
