Hong Kong, Macao media highlight two sessions

Media from Hong Kong and Macao highly praised the two sessions of the mainland's top legislature and advisory body for their focus on improving people's livelihood.

In an editorial published on Saturday, Hong Kong's Wen Hui Pao said the Property Law that was passed at the full session of the National People's Congress will guarantee the further improvement of the country's market economy and lead to a harmonious society.

In regard to the Enterprise Income Tax Law, the editorial said the law will ensure domestic and foreign companies to compete equally. It signifies China has integrated with the world's market economy.

Newspapers in Macao also carried articles about the NPC and CPPCC, saying the two sessions tried to rouse economic achievement to benefit the people.

The two sessions concluded on Thursday and Friday.
