China's NDRC invites public opinions for next 5-yr plan

BEIJING - China's economic planner Tuesday called upon Chinese people to offer advice and suggestions for drawing up the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-15) for National Economic and Social Development.

"To fully reflect the will of the people in the 12th Five-Year Plan, advice and suggestions from all Chinese people are welcome in the following two months," Zhang Ping, director of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), said at a press conference in Beijing.
