China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) have jointly established a software development center in Shenyang, capital of Northeast China's Liaoning Province.

The Sino-DPRK Software Development Center, unveiled on Saturday, is co-sponsored by the Shenyang municipal government and the National Academy of Sciences of the DPRK, according to Shenyang deputy mayor Zou Dating.
