Telecom Communications Inc said in a statement that its majority-owned subsidiary, Subaye.com Inc, has signed a strategic partnership with China Netcom Group Guangdong Co to jointly launch a corporate video online service channel on China Netcom Guangdong's web portal.

Under the agreement, China Netcom Guangdong will market Subaye.com corporate video broadband to over 500,000 small and medium enterprise broadband users, while Subaye.com will provide information and customer services.
