US company Kasenna Inc said its Internet protocol television (IPTV) product suite and video on-demand (VOD) server have been selected by China's Huawei Technologies Co Ltd for its video-on-demand service.

The provider of VOD content and MPEG-4-ready IPTV applications said Huawei will bring the service to operator Chongqing Cable, which plans to deliver video-on-demand to 500,000 cable customers in China.
