China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd (COLI) was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1979, and is the subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, the largest construction conglomerate in China. In August 1992, COLI was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The company's core business is the development and sales of property projects and it has successfully invested and developed numerous popular and exquisite properties in 14 cities or districts, namely Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Changchun, Nanjing, XiĄŻan, Zhongshan, Foshan, Suzhou, Ningbo, Hong Kong and Macau.

The company's business also involves other areas such as property investment and infrastructure investment. By December 31, 2005, the gross area for projects under development and for future development reached 10.8 million square meters. In 2005, COLI has realized turnover of over HK$7 billion, while the profit attributable to shareholders amounts to HK$1.54 billion.
