China Communications Construction Group (CCCG), established on the basis of the mega merger between China Harbour Engineering Company (Group) (CHEC) and China Road and Bridge Corporation(CRBC), has the registered capital of 4.5 billion yuan and the asset amounted to 73 billion yuan.

CCCG is a group company consisting of 35 solely owned enterprises, 13 share-holding companies, 20 joint stock companies and 2 public companies. CCCG owns and operates a fleet of over 800 modern dredgers, floating cranes, pile driving vessels, barges and other work boats, 5600 sets of construction equipment and plants in different types and a great variety of the advanced engineering and research facilities.

CCCG mainly engaged in the activities of survey, design, construction and supervision for port, road, bridge, airport construction, dredging & reclamation, irrigation, environmental protection and is also involved in the manufacturing and erection of port and road construction machinery, navigational aids, materials handling systems.
