From Oct 19 to 23, the 2026 "A Date with China · Meet Guangdong" international media tour was successfully held. An international press corps composed of 26 journalists, experts, social media influencers, and Gen Z representatives from 16 countries toured Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Hengqin, alongside Chinese media reporters and self-media creators. Exploring sci-tech frontiers, ecological wetlands, and the ancient streets of overseas Chinese hometowns, they gained important insights into Guangdong's approach to opening-up, where tradition meets modernity.
