The cargo mix has broadened from local bulk raw materials and basic mechanical parts to electronics, auto parts, timber, and daily necessities, totaling more than 5,000 types of goods. High-value-added products account for over 70 percent of volume, with an average container value of $70,000. Yao Xiang, assistant general manager of Sinotrans (Shenyang) International Train, said that figure ranks among the highest in the country.
