WASHINGTON -- US First Lady Melania Trump secured a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine in the city of Oleshky, with the two sides agreeing to temporarily stop all military action, the White House said Friday in a statement.
The localized ceasefire will begin on Oct 29, it said.
