China-US summit: Finding the right path of major-country relations

President Xi Jinping is on a state visit to the United States at the invitation of US President Donald Trump. This marks the latest face-to-face meeting between the two presidents, following their previous engagements in Busan last October and Beijing this May. On Thursday, the two presidents held talks at the White House. President Xi urged strengthened dialogue, sincere cooperation and peaceful coexistence between China and the US. He also called for translating the new vision of a constructive China-US relationship of strategic stability into action and finding the right way for the two major countries to get along with each other.
