Emission cuts get precision boost
Chinese power workers are introducing innovative practices to help reduce carbon emissions. In Jiangsu province, State Grid Yangzhou released a weekly report on the precise quantification analysis of carbon emissions through "Green Electricity Entering Industrial Parks". Compared to traditional models, hourly calculations are more in line with the new energy output laws of the power grid, transforming the environmental value of green electricity from fuzzy estimation to precise quantification. Practical and replicable, it provides a fresh sample for the efficient use of green power and low-carbon transformation of industrial parks in Jiangsu.
