AI computing power is surging. Can data centers keep cool?

Rising AI workloads are increasing chip power requirements and rack density, putting traditional air-cooling systems under growing pressure and accelerating the shift toward liquid cooling.

In an exclusive interview with China Daily, Julian Trascasa Cano, vice-president for industry solutions and marketing at Grundfos, discusses the industry's "density dilemma", the need to coordinate computing power with energy and water use, and emerging opportunities in China.
