Salt farmers in Indonesia reap dividends amid El Nino-triggered drought

Darminto, a 39-year-old salt farmer, who only goes by one name, understands that crop farmers are badly affected by El Nino but is focusing on the boom times.

"My hope is that this summer lasts longer, so I can earn money and store salt," he said.
