China-Africa costume culture and art exhibition opens in Nairobi

He noted that Kenya's young population is increasingly active in creative fields including fashion, music, film, design and digital content, and called for partnerships that can turn creativity into employment, enterprise and sustainable livelihoods.
The exhibition was held as part of the 2026 China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges. This year also marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and African countries.
