9/11 at 25: remembering and reflecting

On September 11, 2001, the United States was struck by terrorist attacks that claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 people from more than 90 countries. 9/11 had a profound global impact and became a shared experience around the world, though everyone remembers that day in their own way. On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, China Daily spoke with people from around the world in New York and California’s Silicon Valley, hearing them share their personal memories, as well as the feelings and reflections that still linger 25 years later.
