"The DPP authorities, driven by partisan interests, are deliberately obstructing and restricting mainland investment and products from entering Taiwan, worsening the business environment on the island," said Chen Binhua, a spokesman for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, reflecting on Taiwan authorities' strict scrutiny of Luckin Coffee's potential entry into the Taiwan market.
