Fire and rescue officers carry out overnight rescue operations and evacuate residents in Cangnan county, Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, on Wednesday after torrential rain hit the area. Typhoon Saudel made its third landfall along the coast of Zhangzhou, Fujian province, in the early hours of Thursday, bringing prolonged heavy rainfall to parts of Fujian and Zhejiang.
