To mitigate risks, monitoring equipment was deployed on-site for around-the-clock surveillance. Reconnaissance drones patrolled overhead to map the disaster zone, assess terrain and locate trapped people. Fixed communication monitoring units stood guard at assigned points, providing 24-hour continuous monitoring of high-risk spots. Portable satellite stations restored emergency communication links, streaming live video and voice from the scene in real time to ensure efficient command and dispatch between frontline and rear headquarters.
