Newly admitted undergraduates at Tsinghua University enter school to begin their college life on Wednesday in Beijing. The university welcomed more than 4,000 undergraduate freshmen, including 3,800 from the Chinese mainland and over 80 from the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and China's Taiwan region. Additionally, more than 300 international students from 45 countries have enrolled. The majority of the international students are from Belt and Road countries. YI HAIFEI/CHINA NEWS SERVICE
