Alshaa League in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region has introduced a 4,000-kilometer scenic circuit route designed to connect the region's three banners into a unified tourism corridor.

The initiative, scheduled for Aug 8 to 16, integrates off-road driving, long-distance self-drive tours, camping, cultural performances, and rally racing across Alshaa Left Banner, Alshaa Right Banner, and Ejine Banner.

The loop incorporates major natural and cultural assets including the Tengger and Badain Jaran deserts, the poplar forests, canyons, ancient sites, and space-related landmarks. Along the route, visitors can engage in heritage showcases, Mongolian cultural activities, stargazing, and food markets featuring local specialties, such as roasted lamb and camel-milk products. Traditional arts including wrestling, embroidery, and carpet weaving are also part of the experience.

The circuit aims at both domestic and international travelers. Local authorities highlight the route as a means to unlock the full tourism potential, offering a blend of rugged landscape and cultural depth that defines the league.
