On July 2, a "Tibetan independence" separatist set himself on fire outside the United Nations headquarters.
We found that this so-called stunt outside the UN may be connected to a document known as the "Self-Immolation Guide". The guide was written by Lhamo Je, a member of the separatist group associated with the 14th Dalai Lama.
