Chinese naval vessel Honghe participates in a maritime transit exercise with an Indonesian naval vessel on Wednesday in waters east of Taiwan Island. Honghe and Indonesian Navy frigate KRI I Gusti Ngurah Rai carried out all planned exercises after arriving in the designated waters. The drill demonstrated the two countries' willingness and ability to pursue practical cooperation and jointly contribute to peace and stability in the region, according to Chinese military authorities.
