During summer, traditional dugout canoes float on Lugu Lake in Lijiang, Yunnan province, creating a tranquil scene that attracts numerous visitors.
Recently, poets and writers attending the Third Lugu Lake Poetry Festival embarked on the traditional boats to venture into the heart of the lake. As they glided across the waters, they found inspiration in the landscape's gentle embrace.
Clusters of wavy-leaved Ottelia adorned the lake's surface, and as the oars glided through the water, the petals danced softly, evoking the image of stardust strewn across the lake.
The boats meandered through the picturesque bays and villages. Along the journey, gentle wisps of smoke rose from the shoreline.
