Firefighters and rescue personnel conduct search and rescue operations after a flash flood struck a scenic area in Weiyuan county, Gansu province, on Sunday. Triggered by torrential rainfall, the flood trapped campers, leaving 10 people dead and 23 injured as of 6 pm. Rescue operations were ongoing. XINHUA
